She is a marketing executive and entrepreneur with expertise building startups as a (co)founder, as well as building digital and intra-preneurial divisions of large corporations in the US and internationally in Europe, the UK, and Canada.

Jenn has served as CMO at public and private companies, and has advised a variety of startups and accelerators on go-to-market and brand-building strategies and plans. With marketing vision, and implementation of highly integrated growth marketing plans, she has delivered hyper-growth results of +30% of premium brands, even higher growth of new brands, and a radical turnaround of a distressed brand, with sales increases after having declined annually for 11 years.

Accomplishments include pioneering powerfully effective new creative advertisements that statistically significantly outperform other comparables, building high-performance digital marketing and email marketing teams, and closely collaborating with agency partners.

Moreover, achievements include improvements to product marketing strategy, user experience improvements from website to distribution channel to customer service, and overhauling digital, performance marketing, social media, PR and influencer strategies.

Both B2B and B2C businesses have benefited from her deep expertise in brand marketing strategy, performance marketing, and in building e-commerce businesses across a number of industries including those in the media, retail, and in the consumer space. 

Jenn holds a B.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Brain and Cognitive Science with a minor in Economics, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
